"This restaurant definitely needs improvement. We arrived at 6pm and found the place empty, which should have been a red flag. The waiter was friendly but seemed unprepared to handle the job alone. He even had trouble processing our credit card payment and asked us to check our banking app, something I've never experienced at a restaurant before. The wait times for our food were surprisingly long, given the small number of diners. The bruschetta was burnt to a crisp and inedible, while the chicken parmigiana was tough and tasted stale. The only highlight was the fresh and tasty pasta dish."
