Why the threat type language on the door to people giving a one star review saying new staff. You like many companies will have your training lows. It is not the first time over the years and it will not be the last. I have had rude slow service back from 1989 on a occasion or two. Your product is good. Signs such as the one on door last week was not well received by me. Loved the service the day I came in.

Terrible customer service I should have known when I called to place an order no one says hello when picking up the phone but just hung up . Called back to place an order and cake was very dry been ordering for years …… save your time and find another bakery

Been using this bakery for over 25 years. Great for everyday purchases and special events. They made my wedding sheet cakes, which got rave reviews from guests. I highly recommend Bartz Bakery!

Great place for baked goods. Everything always tastes amazing. Just wish everything had a sign in front saying what it is, sometimes its hard to tell what is what and have to ask. Reserve uma mesa agora

Had The Best Paczkis ever. They were super Good and Fresh. They saved my Apple ones till I could get there. I appreciate that. I work late. I will go back for sure.

Multiple choices of great baked sweets at fantastic prices. Considering how food prices have risen. I paid $16 and got more than I expected for the price I paid!!!

They have the absolute BEST bumpy cake! You should definitely try some for yourself. It is better than Sanders.
