We had my husband’s 70th birthday dinner at Bashi- what a treat! The food was delicious! The dishes are served family style, so with the assist of our server, we selected a delicious assortment. We stayed with sushi and sashimi. Then our main dishes were garlic noodles, crispy sea bass and Crispy Walnut shrimp. I’d recommend all of these again! We had a very nice outdoor table on a full moon night. Even in November this was a good choice as they had outdoor heaters available. Thanks for helping make our celebration so delicious and enjoyable!
Everything here was delicious and fresh. We have the triple roll (so fresh and tasty!, the garlic noodles (wow, a must, and the sea bass (packed with taste). The fish quality for the role was fresh and high quality. The garlic noodles were to die and I could eat a whole order myself. Combine the noodles with the sea bass and you will be in the taste heaven. And all about the fog pudding was from this world. Not too sweet, but another dish full of taste. 10/10 recommend.
The best ramen I ever had with delicious 24-hour heart broth, in addition to delicate Turkish breasts, which was Sous vagina for 8 hours. Surprisingly, the ramen is cooked by an American cook, not a Japanese cook. The Ramen consists of Sous-Vide Turkey Breasts, Soft Poached Egg, Menma Shiitake Mushrooms, Scallions, Nori. The restaurant has a large ambience and the waitress is very professional and friendly.
We went to a Wednesday evening with a reservation and we were able to sit outside with stunning views, fantastic service and delicious food. They actually had a Wednesday special of $0.99 sushi rolls, so we tried it and it was delicious. We also ordered fresh tuna and salmon pans and a garlic noodle dish.
