Baskin-robbins - Reservar uma mesa

Today I was feeling down, but a visit to Baskin-Robbins in Keizer turned my day around. The friendly young lady behind the counter greeted me warmly and asked what I would like. I told her I needed something to make me smile, as I was having a tough day. As we chatted, I learned that she commutes from Canby for school and work, showing great dedication. When I mentioned I had $20 for car expenses, gas, and cigarettes but decided to treat myself instead, she laughed. I ended up ordering a brownie sundae and, when I went to pay, she simply told me to have a nice day. Her gesture of kindness brought tears to my eyes and restored hope in my heart. I am grateful for her compassion and the owners...

I always feel welcome, even when the restaurant is busy. The ice cream scoopers are very polite. The cakes are delicious, and the cappuccino is top-notch. I especially enjoy visiting on the 31st when scoops are only $1.50 each. I can't wait for my next visit.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible because of the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Kristi. She was on a phone call with her earpiece in and I had to repeat myself multiple times to get her attention.
