What am I supposed to say here? I always buy my mom her birthday cake from here. it's her favorite cake and it's really the best cake I tasted. the cake is always fresh and the ice is indescribably good. but the experience here is very little amusing. they don't pick up their phone and admit it. I was told there are problems on the line. the medium to call the phone company, come out to have repaired this! I had to drive here to order her cake as I wanted to use a dunkin donuts gift card, as I did not drink a coffee and did not care about her donuts. whatever. the lines here for the service are painfully long. it's ridiculous and I can't think of a worse place in the lookout for waiting. the...

Not bad, customer service super nice, but I think they need more members and employees in this store, I was there for 3 hours drinking coffee and talking to my family, but I meet only 2 lady do both side, prepare coffee and cake. I am completely clear that this situation is not easy to find someone to work, but it is what his, my experience was not completely satisfied, but I can only say that and what I saw. The same lady in cash, ice cream, cake and customer service. Like all in one

the personal was nice, but it didn't understand what we wanted. the mülleimer flooded with müll (both of it) but the worst was the ice warm and melted out of the moment when she tried to scrub it. perhaps not surprising, it melted on the cone and began to fall on the side.

I left this place on 8/21/22. not even the effort to get here on ice, there was a selection of only nine flavors, and wait for them. there were only five donuts. Just ridiculous. to be fair, I will say that the young lady behind the ice cream was pleasant.
