Baskin-robbins - Reservar uma mesa

I went to this location to get a quart( the biggest take home size) of ice cream and I got two flavors. I went the second day and I wanted to get the same thing, but I was told that I can’t do two flavors. All the Baskin robin locations and any icecream place let’s you do multiple flavors when you buy a hand packed quart. Let alone quart you can even do two flavors for a double scoop. The person who helped me told me they don’t carry the flavor I asked for even tho that it the flavor I always get. I had to find the flavors and show him where it was. If I court give 14 zeros I would. We ordered postmates from them.... I ordered a cotton candy with heath bar and marshmallows... so some genius working there took the time to look at the order and completely ignore it. I guess they said f it and did what they want. Instead of my order they gave me raspberry ice cream with sprinkles. LMAO. COTTON CANDY vs RASPBERRY.... Not even close in spelling nothing. 2 brain cells, clearly

This is a dangerous location while you’re pulling up through the drive-through they have individual customers next to your car ordering through the drive-through without vehicles make sure you have your protective measures in case somebody tries to steal or rob you. I am a delivery driver. There have been a lot of shootings in the DMV area stay safe.

Worst franchise ever! Always running out of ice cream...especially Chocolate chip...just poor service and stock. Get rid of the Baskin-Robbins title and just sell donuts!
