It’s ice cream. You should get 5 stars bc it’s ice cream. But you get a 1 star bc the service is awful. In order a cone with two scoops. The young lady handed me a cup with my cone upside down in it and said “it was leaning so I put it in a cup” Then she didn’t even give me a spoon? How about you just scoop a new cone correctly? Unbelievable.

Went here 11/10/2023 at 10pm service was terrible the lady on the speaker was very nasty when we got to the window we asked her why she was so nasty towards customers she got smart I’ll never spend my money here again I’m a payin customer an u guys employed a nasty attitude rude individual to be the face customers have to put up

You would expect a place specializing in ice cream wouldn't be completely incompetent when a basic order for ice cream comes in. This place consistently makes you wait up to 30 minutes for some of the worst prepared shakes I've ever seen. Just go somewhere else for your own sanity
