Battle Axes - Reservar uma mesa

It was just great to get back to a favourite venue for lunch. We had not been out for lunch more than a couple of times since the start of the lockdown and decided on the spur of the moment to go for a lunch...at the Battle Axes. Spacious car park which is always a plus. Warm welcome from Amanda. We hadn’t booked but she found us a table. Drinks were served and after a look at the extensive menu we were soon served. We both enjoyed our meal. It was good to be back and felt like visiting dear friends. Coffee was good. Toilet was spotless. All together a good visit back at last to a favourite pub. Thank you Amanda. Hope to see you again very soon.

we were often in battleaxes and it's our way to get out for impromptu meals. it can never disappoint. personal always friendly and welcoming. time service, great atmosphere and eating. Today we were served by daniel who was very friendly and helpful. we will definitely come back.

I then have the fillet steak burger with ripening the tasty and cooked to perfection my wife had the lamb snack that se said was perfect then what I can say about dessert eton mess...luvly and woman had fangipan

we went to Sunday dinner and it was such a nice experience. we had children with us and the food and service was excellent. daniel was so courteous and helpful and made it a wonderful Sunday afternoon for us.

wonderful eating as always my mom and I had rump steak that was cooked to perfection, service was also good!
