Battle Grounds Coffee Company

I loved this place before but my last experience was so terrible I won't go back. I waited over 10 minutes for a latte. Everyone behind me who ordeted got their drinks meanwhile I am waiting with a fussy child. The barista said she had though she made me The girl taking orders was telling people theyre not doing any more lattes because the machine is broken. I got back in line and asked for a refund since theyre saying its broken. The barista said she was going to still try and make it insteaf of guving me a refund. The barista then proceeded to take more orders instead of making the drink she tolf me she was going to make. I again asked for a refund and she said she was making it right now....

this coffee shop is amazing, the decor is awesome and when I went into I was greeted by a young lady with glasses and short black hairs she greeted me with a smile and gave me some good recommendations. she also explained to me that this coffee shop is veteran that belongs to a navy sealing vest and his wife and that they have 3 stand places in total. I didn't get her name, but she was very pleasant. the customer service can be reached in these days. and this young lady went beyond and beyond

Great coffee shop with some hot breakfast and lunch options. Delicious pastries and other snacks too. I got a bagel sandwich with eggs, tomato, bacon, avocado and cheese. Other people I was with had coffees, pastries and sandwiches. Great place to grab something quick to-go, but they also have plenty of space to dine in and chat or bring a laptop. The decor is hip.

Today was my first experience with trying their coffee and food. I was a fan. The tost and the coffee tasted good. Inside was clean and everyone seemed rather friendly. Will definitely be going back.

always greeted by a friendly face. customer service is rare nowadays, but battlegrounds makes it good. Great coffee, sandwiches and baked goods.
