Bay City Noodle & Cafe Minh

I started eating Pho here once a week in winter when I worked in town. Not so easy that I live out of town, but I still try to get in as often as possible. The depth of the taste they come into... their pho is from this world. Like something so simple and rustic can be a saliva rush, just thinking about it is quite remarkable. This is really a jewel in a stuffed food scene in Geelong. Staff are friendly and cheerful and service is quick and friendly. What's not in this place?

Remember a decade ago in Geelong this Vietnamese restaurant was the only option. Some other people have arrived, but this trusting place remains magnificently freshly renovated. After a Torrid 2020 with the next door demolition plus pandemic bloating, happy to see, survived blooming... All menu (pho, stir fry, salads etc. reliably delicious. Back with the family for another immersion soon.

Have never been disappointed. Large servings, couldn't finish off mine (but partly because I was also digging into my dad's! The ambience of the place is where they lose a star, however, that is only a small downfall in the otherwise lovely dining.

Hands down THE BEST Vietnamese food in Geelong. You owners are wonderful! Always consistent, tasty and very favorable. Just do a favor!
