If I hadn't known about the vegan menu in advance (from the look at HappyCow), I wouldn't have asked it because it wasn't mentioned anywhere. But I was so happy when I asked: there were at least three decent options for each course, including teaside's famous parmo vegan made! For the starter I had creamy garlic mushrooms on a roasted baguette, and then had the vegan parmo for main that had a huge part of 3 or 4 big goujons with bechamel and cheese, accompanied by chips and a side salad. I was too full to have a pudding!

Separate vegan menu with more than the usual chili and burgers. Beautiful interior also seat outside. I had my first parmo. It was huge and I couldn't finish it. Certainly recommend this jewel of a pub when you are in the area. I congratulate the cook for his efforts so beautifully to have a proper choice of appetizers, nets and desserts

A separate vegan section on the menu made ordering a breeze. The food was very good. Tasty and plenty of it. The staff are friendly and the service quite quick. I will be back next time I am in the area.

I've eaten here a few times, it's ideal for people in mixed groups. I tend to get the nut roast and haven't been disappointed yet. The also have an assortment of gins which are worth a look.

The wonderful range of vegan dishes has gone which is very sad
