Bayou Blue Po-boys

Just a fabulous place for po boys. We had the shrimp and the roast beef. The tastes were spot on for sure. The shrimp were some of the best fried shrimp I have had in or out of a French loaf. The roast beef taste was flawless. However, it was not very meaty.. very gravey laiden and delicious, but sizable meat chunks were rare. The sandwich was perfectly good, and that may be the intended experience, just noting a difference to others I have had. Blessings great food.

Affordable and delicious! The customer service is also top notch! They remembered my uncle's normal order had recently changed, and asked us to double-check that we were ordering the right toppings this time. They were right--he didn't want lettuce!

I've been going here for over 30 years and all though they are so far away from where I live. I still make it an effort to get my fix with their roast beef sandwiches and onion rings . Absolutely Delicious as always. Love Love This Place.
