Here?s the local favorite bbq place. It is not unusual to see a waiting line to place an order. They are very efficient and fast to use. Everything on the menu is very good. Although the windshield breeze we had last time was a bit dry. When I tried to tell them, nobody seemed to hear. Her salad is impressive, though not cheap.

I know the prices are high everywhere. But the size of their pages alacarte are not worth $5 per. The potato salad and the Coleslaw are good, but the big soggy frits are not worth it. Also 299 per rib for about 4 bits not worth the price. Tasted, but not affordable.

So due to a change of my work location, I was able to try this BBQ place nearby, and WOWZERS!! I'll start with the service.

I'm from southern Illinois - just two hours from StLouis and Memphis and close enough to Kansas - so I'm picky about my BBQ.
