VIET Sub Gem! Their pate here is super delicious and unique tasting. It's rich, thick, and creamy. I had it smeared on the DAC Biet special sub and it tasted so good. The sub was stuffed with assorted meats including pig ear and was about $6.00. Generous stuffing portions too. Very affordable and yummy which is hard to find these days. Highly recommend it if you are craving a VIET Sub. Take out only.

I ordered Lemongrass Chicken and Pork Meatballs. The portions of toppings were very minimal. The pork sandwich had a very strong pork flavor, almost like they used a low-quality cut of meat. The Lemongrass chicken was also lacking in flavor and quantity. It was wrapped in stale bread. Overall, not worth the price.

A nice little banh mi place. I like their menu selection because there's a good variety offered along with a pretty good deal if you get 5. Their iced coffee isn't bad either but you need to clarify with them whether you want jelly inside or not.Parking: Shared parking area and street parking

Great little place offering banh-mi baguettes and other Vietnamese specialties. Prices are fair $5.5 for a sandwich in Aug '22) and the food tastes great. Often busy, and for some reason they close fairly early each day at three in the afternoon, so get in there on time. Highly recommended.

The best place for a fresh sandwich in the neighbourhood. I just had coffee it’s amazing. For sure I will go back there. Employee was very friendly and nice. Thank you.
