The French fries were old and cold, and what I received was nothing like what was advertised on the special burger menu. They charged me $14.99 for this meal, and I didn't even bother to call and complain. It’s definitely on me for giving them another chance. To top it off, six months later, they respond to my feedback with a generic "thanks for coming in" — it's just unbelievable!
