Every time I visit this location I witness and have also experienced dealing with very rushy and rude employees at the counter. I have also frequently witnessed the employees negatively talking about customers as they leave and the employees clearly hate their jobs which shows in their body language and attitude with customers. I live very close to this location, but I after today, I will definitely be visiting a different location next time.

Simply put, the rudest ups store around. Gentleman in line was trying to send tobacco from the store. They didn't have the license to do so rather than explain it in a kind manner, the girl simply kept saying we don't have a license rudely and without giving him a solution. If it wasn't the only one near me, I would not go here. They may as well give their customers the finger each time you do business there.

I know it is hard to get help these days, but wow these guys have hired some weird and rude employees. No smiles, short attitudes, they act as if you are there as a pain their their ass. It is almost too uncomfortable to walk in there anymore. If it wasn't for Amazon returns I would never go in there.

Zero rating! That manager staff are not courteous and don't understand basic business documents. The whole staff was sitting around and playing with their phones and popping bubble wrap while the manager didn't know how to notarize a simple form. Never again until that loser team is terminated.

They are always helpful with your packages. I give four stars because they don't always know how to use the printing machines in the lobby when i need them.
