This place does not accept credit cards. Who does that these days? Went to get a muffin for my 4 year old daughter. There was a line so you can't see the small sign at the cash register that says cash only. So they took our order before we got to the front of the line. We watched as they went and got the muffin and bagged it and placed it on the counter. My daughter almost had it in her hands as I went to get my card out of my wallet. They scooped the bag with the muffin back and said sorry but no cards. Not a problem for a grown up to understand but difficult for my little girl who burst into tears. This place was bought out and now accepts credit cards. Not really worth a stop unless you're having an appointment at kaiser or working here. Then I highly recommend stopping. I always get iced tea. They usually have about 3 varieties and the staff is friendly. Fresh pastries look so good but after 7 years here I still haven't tried any cuz I'm watching my weight

Drinks are certainly ok if you are going to Kaiser Permanente seating outside on patio only.... However for a great Destination shop sandwiches go 1/2 mi away to Perks Coffee bordering College campus... parking right in front of the shop!

Now under new ownership. Just under $8 for a 16oz Americano and a bagel with cream cheese. Can't afford to go here again. Just about the most expensive I've found. Hope the new management think again about their high prices.
