Two weeks ago, my partner and I decided to grab a bite to eat at a restaurant. Despite arriving late, we were pleasantly surprised when Alex warmly welcomed us instead of telling us they were about to close. Alex took his time to serve us, charming us with his charisma and knowledge of the menu. He gave us excellent recommendations for our meal. The bruschetta starter was simple yet satisfying, and although I can't remember what main dish I ordered, my partner thoroughly enjoyed the spicy sausage pasta. We were so pleased with our meals and the overall experience that we decided to return this week. Once again, we were greeted warmly by Alex, who we later found out was the GM of the branch....

Came in on a Sunday for a family meal and I must say what an experience. We seated promptly to a lovely large booth for us, which I must say the decor is outstanding in this place considering the surrounding area. Food was great, but most of all our experience was made because of our waitress, she said she was named Becki.O. she was fantastic with our children and kept checking everything was okay with our meals, she played along with the children even though she was very busy, she made us all feel special. My girlfriend and I had a meal at around 3:05 this afternoon and stayed for over 2 hours. The food flavors have improved, and the cookie dough dessert with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce was fantastic with great flavors. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Rosie who provided excellent customer service. She recommended a delicious passion fruit drink which we enjoyed. Our conversations with her made us smile, laugh, and appreciate her dedication to her job. The overall food and service were excellent. Went for a quick bite to eat before the cinema with friends. Had the new nachos to start which were fabulous followed by a meat feast pizza which was amazing. Would highly recommend, love the quirky robots!

Very nice atmosphere, staff were brilliant and the food was delicious. We had a big table and the waitress was super patient.
