We have been ordering from this restaurant for almost 3 years, and there has always been something wrong with our orders. Despite the rude service, we enjoyed the food enough to continue ordering. Today, I specifically asked for the garlic knots not to be burned, but they were burnt along with the zucchini. When I called to speak with the manager or owner, I was met with more rudeness and excuses. I was told that they were too busy to do anything about it. After years of spending our hard-earned money here, this will be the last time. I wasn't even offered a replacement for the cheesecake I had paid for. The pizza at this restaurant is usually the best in my area, but tonight we had a delivery that tasted very strange. It had a strong, unusual flavor that was off-putting. I usually don't complain about food and I didn't want a refund, but the taste was so weird that I felt the need to call and inform them. The woman I spoke to on the phone made the situation awkward and did not offer to let me speak to a manager. Customer service is crucial, and this experience is a perfect example of why. I'm not sure if they changed their recipe or if this was just a one-time issue, but either way, they have lost a customer.

Oh my goodness, the pizza was incredible! We absolutely loved it - it was hot and delicious. This was our first time dining at this restaurant, and we will definitely be returning!
