Ben Florentine - Reservar mesa

I recently visited Montreal and found this French breakfast restaurant through Google Maps. The food was fresh and delicious, but the service was lacking. The waitstaff didn't appear very friendly, and several of them were chatting amongst themselves while ignoring customers who were trying to get their attention. I hope they can enhance their service in the future.

We had to wait around five to ten minutes for a table since we didn’t know it was Father’s Day. The food was fantastic and the portions were large—we couldn’t finish it all! There was a small mix-up with part of our order, but our waitress seemed more concerned about it than we were. Even so, I definitely intend to return.

The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. We were seated next to a door, and the constant slamming from the busboy was quite irritating—at one point, it even bumped into my back multiple times.

This restaurant is a charming, clean, and welcoming place for breakfast. The staff greets you with a warm smile each time you visit. The food is absolutely delicious, which makes it my top choice for breakfast. Reserve uma mesa agora

I had a wonderful late breakfast with exceptional service from Jade. She was cheerful, engaged, and attentive to everyone at her tables. We could definitely use more people like her!

This is a fantastic spot for breakfast! The portion sizes are just right, and the atmosphere is charming. However, there is some opportunity to enhance the service.
