The ice cream: Ben and Jerry?s Of course, her ice cream is great (although my daughter didn't like the Marshmallow Sky Swirl taste? didn't taste like Marshmallow). The service: really not good. I asked for a regular cone (Did the additional costs in Sprinkles). My husband asked for a big Caramel Macchiato Milkshake and got a little. When we checked out, I filled out the frequent customer club form and told her before her rings that I did. I once again said to let it go through (no was behind us). She quickly jumped up and told my husband to float (he was not there when I told her to wait for her) and he typed his card and it went through. Ben & Jerry's in Hoboken is fantastic! The staff is consistently friendly, and their ice cream is always fresh. Before the pandemic, I used to hire the Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Truck to deliver ice cream, root beer floats, and sundaes to some of my valued clients as a way to show my appreciation for their business. It was a huge success and a wonderful way to stay connected with clients during the summer. What could be better on a hot summer day than having Ben & Jerry's ice cream delivered right to your door? I can't wait for the day we can do that again. Stay safe!

I really enjoy this Ben & Jerry's ice cream shop. They offer a wide variety of flavors, and the ice cream is always fresh. They even make their own ice cream cones! There are also frozen yogurt options available. While the place is small, it's perfect if you're just looking to grab your ice cream and go. Plus, it’s more affordable compared to other ice cream spots. We usually get one for two because the portions are quite large. The big bucket costs $45!

I ordered a vanilla and chocolate ice cream cake with extra peanut topping. However, there was no topping, no peanuts, and it wasn't even vanilla. Instead, they sent me this pink cake! I have no idea what flavor it is! I will never order from them again. I'm so disappointed, and it doesn't even look like the medium-sized ice cream cake (serves 8-10 people) that I ordered. Not worth it. I'm a big fan of her ice cream, but not a fan of the storefront. The staff was nice and friendly, but the price I paid just didn’t add up, even for Hoboken. I spent over $7 for what I thought was a Sundae, but it was lacking. There was whipped cream, but the cup was only a quarter full.

Why is this place open when they seem to have nothing in stock? I asked for a specific item and was told it's unavailable. I ordered three cups of sweet cookies and cream and chocolate fudge brownie for a total of $12.77, but I received just a single cup with a very small quantity.

Visited there numerous times and I personally did not find any issues with service or ice cream. This store is pretty good at managing it's crowd and moving people along at decent pace. The customer service was also friendly but then again, I only go there during not busy times

I ordered a sundae, and it didn't resemble the photo at all. The cup was only half full, there was no whipped cream, and there was hardly anything in it. It certainly wasn't worth the price. Reserve uma mesa agora

Alyssa is amazing! She's incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with outstanding service. She was also impressively quick, yet made us feel completely at ease—never rushed at all!
