Ben Jerry's Ice Cream

Good old Ben Jerry ice cream, where you can never go wrong on a hot day. Due to the whole covid situation, they closed the dine in experience and it's still closed after California relax on the restriction. They have hand sanitizer for you to use and they allow you to eat outside of the store. The employees are friendly and still give you sample to try on the different flavors. You have to basically part in the parking structure or you can park where the Burbank mall is and just walk to this place. I park at the Police Station since they have public parking and it's easier to get into while also easier to leave as well.

I recently took my son to Ben & Jerry's for his 16th birthday celebration before he starts delving into the party lifestyle that many 16-year-olds experience. They offer a wide variety of delicious flavors and toppings. However, I was disappointed to encounter rude staff members who were disrespectful to my son, prompting me to address the issue. Additionally, they initially hesitated to honor my coupons. Despite these issues, the quality of their ice cream is exceptional, making it worth the high prices.

Can't go wrong with Ben Jerry's! This walkable location downtown Burbank is very convenient if you're out at dinner or out on the town. Late night waffle cone with Change the Whirled non-dairy frozen dessert really hit the spot on my sugar craving : it was convenient to try out this flavor at a scoop shop instead of buying a whole pint (spoiler: this flavor is awesome . Aside from location not much sets this spot apart from other Ben Jerry's scoop shop locations.

This restaurant is one of my top choices for celebrating special occasions with my family. I have always been a fan of B&J's and their storefront lived up to my expectations. The staff members were extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to make my young daughter feel special. I am grateful for the exceptional service they provided.

Ben and Jerry's has been at this location for what feels like forever. Sometimes, they have the Burbank Fire Department serve customers to help raise funds. The service is friendly and attentive.
