Benefit Your Life Gluten Free Bakery Cafe

while in knoxville on the business, I found benefit her living bakery and cafe totally random. Unfortunately, they were already closed for the day, so I had to wait until the next morning to try. it was worth the waiting time and I will go back as often as I am in the position. as someone who is not able to eat gluten, I was amazed by the taste and texture of the many things I bought. who has eaten most of the baked goods can tell them that taste and texture in the rule is not so attractive. not the case with byl! the wild berries, vanilla pancakes, brownies, chocolate chip cookie and cinnamon bung were all top notch. many thanks for making gf bakery so good!

My dad has celiac, and I found this amazing place just before Father's Day this year. The desserts looked just incredible, and I could tell from the customers in there that they are frequent customers, as they knew exactly what they wanted to order. Inaddition to amazing bakery case and fresh items, they also have frozen meals for purchase. While everything is GF, everything isalso clearly labeled dairy free, vegan, or whatever else. The staff were very helpful and kind, even though it was a very busymorning the day before Father's Day. I will definitely visit again!!

I love this place!!! I have celiac diesease so it's sometimes hard to find a closer but extremely good bakery that caters to completely gluten free, as well as diary free options,Paleo,Keto,Vegan,Vegetarian,Etc. First off their cinnamon rolls are to die for but I did try the apple fritters and you can't even taste a difference!!!! They are extremely good the only not so good thing I could say is they need a maryville location but idk about that because I would go their everyday I would probably work their I love this place so much!!!! 10/10 highly recommended!!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the less sweet taste of the smoothies, but the baked goods exceeded our expectations. We took home a delicious pot pie that we thoroughly enjoyed. The quiche I tried was so good that I may order a whole one next time. My family will definitely have to try it as well. I am excited to explore more of the items on their menu.

My wife is on a gluten-free diet and it can be challenging to find suitable treats for her. Fortunately, we stumbled upon this bakery in the area and we absolutely love it! We are planning to save up and buy more treats from here whenever we are in town. Additionally, they have a small grocery section where everything is gluten-free.

My wife has gluten issues and I have been going to this place for over a year. She loves their bacon egg and cheese biscuits, cinnamon rolls and real deal chocolate chip cookies. I have to admit, I can’t believe some of these items are made without gluten. They do taste amazing! It is pricey, but worth it if you have allergies.

I typically enjoy their scones, but today the sausage cheddar one was disappointing. It had a slightly sweet taste, was flatter than usual, and didn't have the usual thickness that I prefer. since someone who is gluten-free and milk-free, it is so nice to go to this bakery and do not have to ask a series of questions. everything is gluten-free and delicious! I have taken family and friends who have no food restrictions and they all loved it as much as I. highly recommended!

Yummy discover while passing thru Knoxville. Staff is very friendly and informative. Baked goods are delicious! Items are comparably priced to other dedicated GF bakeries I've been too. Great selection!
