Bengal Spice Indian Takeaway

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. This is the third time in a row that items were missing from our order. I ordered the Tandoori King Prawns for £9.95, but only received 5 very small prawns. When I called to complain, I received no apology and was simply told "I don't know what to say." On top of that, the food was cold. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.

This is our favorite takeout place that never disappoints! We always pick up our order and the food is delicious every single time. We have tried many different dishes and they have all been fantastic. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the staff is lovely. I would highly recommend this place, 10/10. The curry dishes were very bland, with only three small pieces of chicken in each. The naan bread was not fully cooked and lacked flavor. This was my first time trying this restaurant and unfortunately, it will be my last. I will be going back to Pappodom's, where the food has more taste. On a positive note, the staff at this restaurant were friendly.

The dining room is very nice. However, the delivery can be slow, resulting in lukewarm food.
