a well-run house with a lot of love for detail. rustic black forest house with stubborn and flowing oven on the height, far from the traffic in the middle of the forest. terrace with magnificent views of the Upper Rhine Valley and with luck on the Vosges. with the car can only be reached via a 7 km long schotterstraße from bollschweil or ehrenstetten. with the bike only uphill! to foot also in 1 1/4 std. from the schauinsland, downhill! the owner who fleees, cooks very well! everything fresh and tasty prepared and dressed! typical black forest dishes and also vespercard, the regional wine map from the wine-growing area weinbau, unfortunately no overnight opportunities. the rare evening event...

the kohlerhof is a beautifully located exit point during a hike, for example from the country of interest. If, however, in half an hour despite a non-full terrace, three different service forces do not want to fall in hungry and in front of all thirsty hikers, but all good efforts to make noticeable, simply ignore before they retreat on the fastest way back, then the interest in the planned vesper disappears very quickly.
