Berghaus Lauchernalp

I was very happy to stay here for 5 nights. It's a bit of a walker cabin, but pretty posh. The room was small, the bathroom was over the hallway; exceptionally clean not used (most people stay only one night). The hosts, Eke, Tichomer, Magdalena, the talented Marjan, could not do enough for me; Breakfast dinner. Marjan is a talented pizza maker - very tasty. Eka must be the best waitress in the world Tichomer, a very generous host. Work very hard. My only proposal would be to offer water filled in to residents at a reduced price. The terrace is absolutely beautiful- You can even see the Matterhorn on a clear day.

We climbed the Lötschepass from Selden and reached this hotel to stay a night, before going further the Fafleralp. The view from the open air restaurant is superb. The room we had was very big. Shower and toilet are both outside the room, but both were very clean during our stay. We booked half-board, to our surprise, we can choose our own pizza from the a la carte manual. We decided to top up a little to have spaghetti with roast beef and that turned out to be very delicious. Wifi is available.

Extremely very slow service and after a long time my friend got his food and had eaten before my arrival beautiful view. Maybe better if they learn how to serve the guests?

Great location in a lovely resort after a mornings snowboarding in the lotschental valley The views are outstanding along with great service we will come back another time

Nice place to have lunch. The Pizzas were very nice and the Goulasch also. Service is quick and friendly.
