Bergrestaurant Erika

by car you drive over several mountain ranches to the end of the road you will find the mountain restaurant erika (mountain restaurant hotel erika). here you will find typical meal times from the area of the emmental with large portions. they sit outside, enjoy the spring sun warming. her body and look over the meadows with the many flowers, especially the many crows like a teppich. Today hundreds of people have gone or came with their mountain bike to see them. the service staff is very friendly. they offer them large rooms to stay overnight, rooms with 8, 10 and 13 beds. perfect for the family meeting. in the past I am both for lunch and dinner here and in our group of people we always go...

This is not an easy place to get to (quit a drive up the small roads), but when you get there it is totally worth it. Located in the middle of nowhere on top of a hill, with nice views of the mountains around. Food is great, they have quite a varied menu, I went for the rösti with ham and egg, really tasty. Note: they don’t accept credit cards so bring cash!

Nahe der Kantonsgrenze zu Luzern auf über 1200 m Höhe liegt das Bergrestaurant Erika. Der hausgemachte Zopf und der saftige "Hamme" (Beinschinken) gehört zum Sonntagsbrunch wie die Bernerröschti und das Spiegelei. Leckere und frische Speisen, freundliche Bedienung und faire Preise.
