Don’t bother ordering online ahead of time on their app. It took 30 minutes to prepare our online order. We arrived shortly after ordering online and advised of our arrival but the front staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than preparing our order. While waiting we could see that others ordering after us received their meals and drinks. Additionally, our order was prepared incorrectly, giving us the wrong flavour milk shake, which increased the wait so by the time we actually got to eat our food it was stone cold. I generally use uber eats with this restaurant, so often the fries are luke warm on arrival. The burgers are delicious and the special sauce is amazing with the fries. When we use pick up instead, the fries are hot. We get this every Saturday night and my husband and kids enjoy the fries hot or warm/warm. I had an amazing experience with Robert for providing best customer service! Despite of facing issue with order from Door-dash, he took extra efforts to assign the dasher and make sure we get the order on time.The customer service of Robert was top-notch, highly recommended!!
