We have been ordering from Bhajis for years, but tonight's delivery had a few mistakes that left us disappointed. When we called to complain, the manager's response that "mistakes happen" was unsatisfactory. This lack of customer service has left us feeling angry. Just a simple apology would have been enough.

for a takeaway this must be one of the best Indians we used. always consistent quality and delivered in time when they collect, they find an open and very clean kitchen along with friendly staff. very recommended, along with the sister site pizza grill next door.

Typically reliable service, but during this visit, the order was completely wrong. The staff brought back a different meat curry, only for it to also be the wrong one. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with no apology from the staff.

all the meals were great and the nasty brot even better. the place is not the cheapest, but it is worth it. good quality! well done! I'll be back.
