Faulty Towers is definitely a good description of what could be an excellent eatery. I visited at 7:40am with two staff in attendance and only one other customer. The sign said table service but no one came when I sat down. With time dwindling, I ordered coffee at the bar but at no time did anyone question if I wanted takeaway or eat in or anything else. No menus on table but there’s a black board if you want to read. Not sure if you should then order st the bar or just sit and wait...and wait... and then maybe order at the bar. Breakfast meeting with 6 clients. Waited 45 minutes for 3 out of 7 meals to be served. Waited 15 minutes for another 3 meals to come out. Waitress took several minutes to realise there was still 1 dish yet to be served. The Chia Pot has no reference to dairy but contained yoghurt which was unacceptable given I am severely lactose intolerant. 2 of the coffees came out 20min after the others. Corn fritters arrived burnt on the outside, raw in the middle. Was offered another option but given we had been there already for over an hour had meetings to go to it wasn’t an option. There is a wait, as it is a small cafe in a very busy area Daltone House at Darling Harbour, in the same building as Google. Combat that by getting there earlier... you are not the only person wanting a great morning coffee! The best coffee I have had in years, and well worth the wait.

Highly recommended. Food was incredibly outstanding, very cheap and fantastic views of the city and harbour. My husband and I had breakfast there with 2 coffees each and it came in under $50!! The eggs Benedict is TD4. Great coffee!

Biaggio is a great place for a meeting, a good coffee, and a chat, but is borderline between takeaway and lunch.
