Big Burger Kurier - Reservar uma mesa

I liked ordering here often because the burgers are really tasty. However, yesterday I complained after placing my order because the food was only lukewarm and the food was delivered too late. They contacted me and said it wasn't true that the food was lukewarm, the few minutes late was not a delay (I had ordered for a time and even received confirmation that it would be delivered even earlier). People attacked me, accused me of lying, and claimed that I had left the food out for a long time and it got so cold. Then the boss supposedly got me on the phone and he wouldn't let me speak anymore, I would be lying, they hadn't made a mistake, etc. etc. The food is really tasty, but only one star...

Obwohl wir schon letztes Mal ca. 2h auf unsere Bestellung gewartet haben (keine Info über Verspätung auf Homepage) und einer der beiden Burger gar nicht überzeugte, wollten wir es nochmals probieren. Dieses Mal warteten wir über 2,5h auf das Essen (immer noch keine Information über lange Wartezeiten auf Homepage) und dann war nicht mal Käse auf dem Raclette-Burger (Swiss Burger). Grosse Enttäuschung und sehr hoher Preis für ein einfacher Burger. Wir werden in Zukunft nicht mehr hier bestellen.

Anfangs war es absolut köstlich und nichts auszusetzen ausser der langen Lieferzeit. Jetzt ist die Liegerzeit noch länger word dann nicht eingehalten und das essen ist nichtmal mehr warm der Käse vom Burger nicht geschmolzen und Pommes waren ca 20stück ungesalzen fettig und laberig. Gebt euch doch bitte wieder mehr mühe.
