Ignore the negativity Ther is a new sheriff manager )at this location . Evan was at another location we frequently dined and enjoyed our sports games I took my Mom for a late lunch yesterday and I am soooo impressed at the environment , food and hospitality Our wings were served and they were amazing

Both waiters were awesome . The kitchen could not handle a large party even if they said they could. You would think the manager knowing how busy it was and the kitchen falling behind. He would step in to help. But that was not the case his cell phone and running to get coffee was his priority.

All I can say is I drive 26 miles out my way to this Big City Wings location and reasons why are simple there is not one person that works here that is not welcoming. The food is awesome. The service is excellent. I highly recommend this location. 10 out 10 for sure.

Mr.Evans has great leadership very kind greeted us on our way in checked on us and was just an overall delight I strongly recommend trying big city on Jones Rd great customer service amazing food!!

All of their food is delicious. The potato skins with the marinade pork are awesome.
