Big Hoffa's Bbq - Reservar uma mesa

Just the best. I accidentally decided to go here. It is a little strange to get because there is a building with a flea market or something, plus you need to go to the building to the door (it is on the side on the road). You have great BBQ. This is the basis for a great BBQ joint. But then they combine their BBQ with so fantastic and unique creations that make it a step over most others. I would almost call it the Hipster BBQ with its fantastic options. The thing that puts it over the top is the homemade tea. It's a sweet tea with sassafras. I don't care if you know what this is, but it's absolutely fantastic and is the next thing I've ever tried in terms of addiction.

That's a pretty strange building. A large metal thing painted with the entire outer surface so that it is actually many different shops. I just photographed the two functioning doors. It was cold and paralyzed that day. Inside it was cozy and very utilitarian. They ordered a switch and then when they called your name, you picked him up. Easy and efficient. We got there a few minutes before noon and it just started to pick up steam. At 12:15 there was a considerable line.

Granny was known for her southern cookin’ and when asked her secret to fantastic flavors she always said, ” Time. The key to great food is time”. Big Hoffa’s Smokehouse BBQ in Westfield, IN, is a testament to her wise words of wisdom; their ribs are smoked for 12 hours – slipping off the bone, pork for 25, and beef brisket 30. Having known both good and bad BBQ of the Midwest I can attest that Big Hoffa’s is the real deal.

I have always loved Big Hoffa's! My new favorite is their Korean BBQ tacos, with the beef brisket. Yum yum yum!!! I have cravings for these. So unbelievably good. I'm addicted to their sweet tea. Not sure what they put in it, but OMG it beats the pants off of true southern sweet tea.

In the city for football tournament and stumbled over this place. Kind regards, many choices and fast delivery of great food! Will stop in town.
