We had stopped to have a drink when at a certain point we see a guy sitting alone staring at a nearby table, then we hear a girl sitting there who had filmed him because he was looking at that girl 's windowsill. We thought it was a classic misunderstanding but the guy 's response was shocking: I 'm the owner and I can look wherever I want we hear noises and arguments between the owner and those girls and then the guy decides to leave, shortly after he comes back and asks them move away. For sure I won 't bring my girlfriend ಠ ಠ to this place. Apart from this, the service was good and the waitresses were kind and welcoming, but I really can 't give more stars because: 1. Wir stießen auf Birreria Stadt auf einer Reise nach Lugano und es hat nicht enttäuscht. Wir bestellten ein paar ein Weissbeers und der Besitzer uns eine kostenlose Platte mit Pizza und Quiche Stücken gegeben hat. Ein komplette Mahlzeiten wert! Toller Service.
