the bistro kapzak offers a beautiful inventive cuisine served in good servings and in a pleasant context. the menu offers compositions inspired by Eastern Europe but with originality. in the entrance, the "green" gazpacho is refreshing and the budin is also delicious; the pierogis, served in two versions, were also very good.
