Bistro Mirepoix - Reservar uma mesa

Le bistro Mirepoix n’existe plus. Il a été remplacé par Galerie R depuis le mois de juin. La décoration a été refaite et est vraiment réussie. Le concept du restaurant est en évolution. Un menu Tapas nous est présenté pour le soir. Une très belle sélection de plat froid ou chaud. Je suis plus porté à dire des entrées que des tapas, mais nous sommes dans la sémantique. La présentation visuelle des plats et les saveurs sont au rendez-vous. Nous avons pris pour notre première visite 5 plats. Ceviche de poisson, duo de calmar, pieuvre grillée sur des pâtes à l’encre de sèche, granité de concombre basilic, cote levée de sanglier et des ris de veau sur une purée de pommes de terre citron câpres. My husband and I had dinner at Mirepoix and we both had pasta dish (him a carbonara and mine was duck confit with a rosé sauce and was offered as one of the 3 mains on the table d'hôte which was very affordable) and both dishes were exquisite. The waitress suggested a wine from their list of private importation wine which was delicious and cheap. The tarte tatin that my husband ordered was absolutely delicious! We definitively recommend this place!

I recently had the opportunity to enjoy a delicious dinner of steak frites at the Bistro Mirepoix in Beloeil, Quebec Canada. The restaurant is a delightful find in the village of Beloeil where there are many other options for meals. My colleague and I sat out on the veranda and enjoyed the beautiful evening and delicious food. Well worth the visit! I'll definitely go again!

Ce fut notre première visite dans ce restaurant et nous avons passé une agréable soirée. Le service, la nourriture et la carte des vins : tout était très bienOn y retournera surtout pour faire la découverte de vins d'importation privée réalisée par le propriétaire.Un bel arrêt à faire dans la région de Beloeil-Saint-Hilaire.

This restaurant is one of the best I have ever dined at. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food, charming atmosphere, and attentive service. If only I lived closer, I would be a regular patron!
