Bistro Nordik - Reservar uma mesa

The Nordik bistro in the Delta Marriott did not disappoint! The four of us thoroughly enjoyed the attentive service and our meals. Starting with a tasty amuse bouche, the entire meal was delicious and creatively presented. Tuna tataki, beef tartare, French onion soup and the grilled cabbage salad (not to be missed! were our apps. Mains included the red deer filet, lobster and shrimp linguine, and halibut all perfect! We plan a return visit later in the week during our week long stay at the nearby chalets. Kudos to the chef and personable wait staff! Cheers!

We were staying at the Chateau Mont St Anne and decided to dine-in at Bistro Nordik. The food was generally pretty good. If you are staying at the Chateau, after a long day or skiing, you probably would treat yourself to a meal here to avoid going out to eat. I had the flank-steak, and I was very satisfied. The french onion soup was flavourful. They have a good wine selection. I would not necessarily make a separate trip out here. The service was friendly, and relatively prompt.

We were honestly not expecting the food to be so good, and were pleasantly surprised when we ate here during the last evening of a week-long ski vacation. The seafood pasta was scrumptious, and the foie gras appetizer with apples was superb. Further, the service was prompt and friendly. A very nicely appointed restaurant.

We ate here twice during our stay at Chateau Mont Sainte Anne. Both events were very satisfactory. We had a table by the operating wood fire place and thoroughly enjoyed it. Try the ribs or chicken entres, they are delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant.

After a long day off skiing we decided to try eating in room. I had the Cornish hen and the potatoes were hard, under cooked. The ribs were tiny and the vegetarian meal was not very good. Our son had the pizza and loved it. The desserts were very good.
