terrible hotel, terrible customer service, terrible room, terrible alltning first, we booked over 3rd party for juni instead of juli, when we tried to refund and change the reservation for juli, they told us someone was here with my id used the room, we live in stl and was not noticed in ny. we have even re for juli making the same exact days booked as second, the room was disgusting, the bathroom flooded everywhere water, the beds were so uncomfortable, no place in the rooms. smelled terrible, we came for my sisters high time had makeup hair artists coming to our rooms and the high time we had repaired our rooms on the 7th stage going out of the recipe was unhealthy would not try to help us...

The restaurant service at this hotel was a nightmare. The staff at the reception was unfriendly and showed no concern for customer feedback. They only responded to complaints with apologies, but the service continued to be terrible. None of the benefits of being a Diamond member were available. It seems they have a partnership with an airline company and only provide good rooms to the pilots. The location is isolated with a subpar breakfast. I would recommend avoiding this hotel as it does not meet the standard of service expected from Hilton.

This hotel is gorgeous! The staff is very friendly. The rooms are big and clean. The beds are comfortable, but the pillows are too soft, almost too fluffy. I would recommend bringing your own pillow if you prefer firmer ones. The parking can be crowded. The hotel bar is open until 11, which is convenient. I would definitely stay here again and again.

The wait staff at this Hilton is top notch! The breakfast was delicious, but the staff really made this experience pleasant. Check in was quick and the hotel is conveniently located close enough to the city without insane traffic. Of course that will depend the time.\\n\\nP.S.\\n\\nThere is a 7 11 next door ?

This is a fantastic little hotel located right in the heart of everything you could need! It's convenient to city traffic and close to my friends. The room was extremely clean, the bed was cozy, and the shower worked perfectly. I'll definitely be staying here the next time I'm in town.
