Bistrot du Boeuf Rouge

We ate here our last night in Geneva. Wonderful meal from start to finish! Food was excellent and service warm and wonderful. We both had beef, sirloin with bourdeleis sauce and the top sirloin with butter. We start with a bottle of wine, caprese salad...and their house made bread, and finished with coffee and dessert. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. I would definitely go back. Others must agree as the place was full even early on a week night.

It was extremely busy, I was on my own and was lucky enough to get a table in the corner. Food was great as was service. I decided to try something slightly different and went for the tripe sausage, it was nice but not amazing....I saw other people's food and realised I made the wrong choice! Would go again.

food and service were exemplary- best gratin that I had and we have been beaten in europa for three weeks. they have earned their call as a great restaurant. not unusual or expensive, only French classics really made right. had a bavette au poive and it was. a highlight of the trip!

I will always come back here! The food is amazing and the price is reasonable in Geneva. The quality of the ingredients are superb and staffs are friendly to the visitors.

Nothing fancy, but a really good meat. The veal dish in particular was outstanding. A very friendly service. We'd eat there again.
