we stopped a little by chance, on the way to strasbourg and we were not disappointed. dishes are tasty and rather creative. I took a salmon back on a sauerkraut bed and it was excellent. dessert was also with seasonal fruit and deserved the detour. Nice discovery and thanks to the chief for whispering our taste buds.
