Bistrot l'Aubergine

We have been to this restaurant twice. Once for Sunday lunch as a large family group and once as two couples. On both occasions, the food and the service were excellent. It’s a lovely setting and whilst the tables are close together there are a number of more intimate spaces if you’re looking for a bit more privacy. The menu provides a good variety of options and the food is fresh with interesting taste combinations as well as being well presented. Yum. The service is friendly, attentive and thoughtful but not pushy. Overall, a lovely restaurant with great food.

Food was excellent gastronomy. Service was prompt; staff were super nice. Decor was sophisticated with a rustic feel to it. I had the artichoke to start and a delicately cooked piece of veal with a provencal sauce on a bed of spinach with roasted fingerling potatoes. Bread and wine were excellent. Portions were just right. No dessert. Will go again.

Came here to eat, the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly, all expect one. I noticed a man in a white polo shirt which i assume was the boss, who although he was lovely with us, there are no words that come to mind when describing his behaviour towards his staff and the way he spoke to them, who were very young in age.

ThIs restaurant in Eygalieres has incredible style, an amazing team . The owners are delightful and service effortless such super lovely people . Absolutely fabulous food , stunning surroundings . Thank you for looking after our party of eight and making it look completely effortless . We Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Greeted warmly and sat in the most magical courtyard. Service was fantastic and very friendly. The cuisine was delicious. Recommend the Aubergine icecream.
