Bistrot Saveurs - Reservar uma mesa

we are happy to live in castres (it is a beautiful little town around an hour of toulouse), but it is not often that we eat in the evening. we decided to celebrate the end of the lock-off in style with a visit in bistrot saveurs. we chose the menu decouverte I was surprised, it was only 45 € for four beautifully presented, spirited bubble delicious courses. all, from beginning to end, was filled up to the kiemen with taste, from the scallop starter and bark cooked two possibilities (the memory of the slowly cooked bark is dessert for a long, long time) up to this incredibly light yet decadent. amazing. even the funny boobs that the meal booked were remarkable that gazpacho was wow! my man ch...

recommended by our Gite owners, we drove an hour to lunch. the restaurant is attractive, functional, with open area and a series of intimate boots that I would imagine nice in the evening. the kitchen is so of some. tables they can see what's going on. it looked like a few tables were removed. packed, with a great mix of people from ladies who are to couple office workers and groups to lunch. no child on the day we went and we were the only English. everything was very efficient, but not rushed, and both the 'lady in charge' and one of the waiter spoke good English (and the cook is English, but has been in france for almost 20 years).) a restricted set menu, only two choices from each cursor...

at a weekend in « le tarn » I have previously searched for restaurants in castres and booked at this. for the price we had « amuse bouche » and a three cursor meal for 35 euro, which I think is affordable and really good. for money. the waiter was very friendly and everything was smooth! and the cook is English, great! so I have the opportunity to write my review in English! everything was perfect, except for the fishing something salty, but maybe we don't put much salt on our dishes! thank you again a nice meal!

A family lunch in this fabulous restaurant didn't disappoint. The welcome is warm, the food is sublime and the service is excellent. The set lunch menu at 25euros is fabulous value, couldn't fault the experience. Each dish is explained, the imaginative dishes are beautifully cooked...and beautifully presented. Great wine choices to match. I can't wait to return.

not only eating exceptional and the choice of the weine fabulous, but it felt incredibly safe in these co-vite times. I cannot recommend this restaurant very much. 5 stars don't seem enough. if they are close somewhere, book it. you will not regret it.
