The lady at the door grilled me about every item in my cart and accused me of not paying for one of the items. I had to point out the line on the receipt showing it was paid for. Other customers behind me could hear and see this, so it was very embarrassing. I’m really surprised since the employees are always so pleasant. I can completely understand counting the items in my cart and comparing it to the number at the bottom of the receipt, but this was not the case. Once I finally made it through, I stood and watched other customers come through. Not once did she stop anyone else or treat them this way. A decent BJ's outlet with the same selection as most other BJ's. Things were moderately busy when I stopped by in the middle of the day during the week, and for the most part prices were the same as what I'm used to seeing in their Quincy store. Some, but not all, grocery items in particular eggs and produce may have worse prices than at major supermarkets, so compare prices closely. But when there's a sale or in house coupon on certain items that you use, then you can find good deals here.

I shop here for my office at work. I find all of the important items we need paper towels, plastic utensils, mixed candy, cheese and crackers, Lysol toilet bowl cleaner, etc. I always find something extra to throw in like kind bars and mandarin oranges. If I had more storage space at home I would probably shop here more often. This location is in Massachusetts so they have a wine and liquor area.

The manager at the Seekonk location is super rude she should definitely not work at customer service. Just witnessed her yell at 2 African American customers behind me, I am disgusted with her behavior.

Had the worst experience thanks to the ignorant acting manager Jeni today at this BJ's I'll make sure I contact corporate regarding her attitude and ignoran comments.
