Just five minutes outside the center of Guatape is an oasis of quiet calm and loads of charm. Husband and wife owners, Blanca and Benjamin have created a fine restaurant featuring fresh fish, typical Colombian dishes, and a full bar service. The chef owner has an extensive culinary background in Florida having held positions from Turnberry Country Club to Boca Raton. I almost never rave about restaurant visits in particular but this one deserves a special honorable mention! The food was absolutely amazeing! I visited here with my cousin over the weekend as we went to la piedra del peñol in guatape colombia, after a few hours in the trip we got super hungry and decided to ask what restaurant was good in the area, we asked 2 locals and they both recommended bjs menu restaurant which also turns out to be a hotel.
