Black Bear Diner - Reservar uma mesa

The service at this restaurant was terrible. Our server disappeared for at least 10 minutes before finally taking our order. We waited a long time for our food, even though it wasn't crowded. When a different server brought our food, I asked for a certain condiment and she said they had it, but never brought it to me. I ended up eating without it because my food was getting cold. I also wanted extra gravy, but had to almost beg my original server for it. By the time I got it, everything was cold. I have never been so ignored in a restaurant before, especially since I was sitting right up front where everyone could see me. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. The waitress provided good service, although the atmosphere was only comfortable, not outstanding.
