While in the Chatham Ontario area, myself and a friend decided to grab something to eat. She had never heard of this establishment, yet she has lived in the area and has frequented Chatham many times over the years. Well the directions weren't the best, as we passed right on by the place at first. She had her heart set on trying their ribs, so did I. We relied on the address provided for finding this place. We are a large group ... we book in advance so that they know 25+ people are coming. We specifically ask NOT TO BE SERVED BY BRANDON. Guess who we always get? Brandon. (or at least that is what we think his name is)Last month I asked for cutlery for our group and he returned with a plate with roll-ups on it and smashed it down on the table. Don't waste your time for mediocre food and hiked drink prices!!!Reserved a table for a surprise BD party for Mar 17 back in January, was surprised they would take a reservation, but great!Confirmed with Derek 1 wk before regarding #'s & time - 600pm. He suggested to get there asap since it would be a busy night. Guests started arriving just after 530, and no reservation. When I arrived about 545, spoke to Derek again, said he said since we weren't there by 400, he gave away our table!!. We could sit in their banquet room, and he walked away. No apology, nothing. After my children's swimming lessons, their Grandma decided to treat us all to a late lunch around 1pm. The restaurant wasn't busy, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious and worth the wait. My 5 year old son wanted "meat", so I was happy to see ribs as an option on the kids menu. He devoured it! My 14 year old daughter had the french onion soup. She liked the flavour but would have preferred the traditional croutons in it vs two hunks of bread to dip. I enjoyed my steak sandwich but by the second half it was pretty soggy on the bottom bun. My mom got a burger and seemed happy with it. My 3 year old daughter enjoyed her kids menu chicken strips. By far our favourite BBQ ever. We have been through this menu and love everything. But my favourite will always be the pulled pork sand which with a side of coleslaw and their to die for Mac and cheese. It's all just done right!! Every BBQ joint we visit we are always sure to try the mac and cheese because people are always raving about it. And every time we are left saying. "Blazin is better". Not once have I found a place that has better Mac and cheese then these guys! And their homemade BBQ sauce it fabulous. Also they have daily specials. Like wing night and kids eat free on the same night!! Keep it up guys!

The service was our first sign that going here was a mistake. We waited to be seated, and were never greeted or spoken to. The ribs were terrible, greasy, and tough. People in our party had burgers that they said were really tasteless. The service was poor to the point where we had to get the server fro behind the bar area for refills. Never again, no idea how this place stays in business.

You will NOT be disappointed when you order ribs or pulled pork here. Tender, juicy, delicious!!! Their BBQ sauce is amazing. Cornbread is a really nice treat in the bread basket. Wait staff are fast and friendly. Owners are friendly and on top of their business.

Warm feel, friendly service, great way to have a bite to eat or a drink. They have 1/2 price apps after 9:00 every night. There are happy hour deals, daily specials and great smoked ribs. The staff do their best to make you comfortable. Enjoy going there. Reserve uma mesa agora

We tried the full rack BBQ ribs, soup and chicken wings. The ribs are average, not great, kind of disappointed since it rather high price. The chicken wings are better, crispy. Service is below average and price is a bit high.

I used to be a regular for years. Staff is mostly great. They are always smiling and are a pleasure to be served by. Food is ok, booze a tad on the expensive side.
