Très magnifique! My fiancée and I have been coming here for a long time and tonight we finally made it. Boy, we're gone! First a perfect location with wonderful indoor and outdoor dining and decor. Tasteful and elegant from tables to menus. Simple menu with delicious options, a large beverage and wine list and interesting specialties. Great service that was timely for setting: not too fast not too slow. Every bite was phenomenal. Not one thing was out of place and perfectly balanced. The truffle Honey Fig Tarte Tartin was wonderful. I had the roasted Mallard Entenbrust for a Entrée and it was cooked to (I cannot emphasize this enough) perfection. I enjoyed my experience here. Every penny worth, everything I ate was tasteful and satisfying. Fair portion sizes. Good schedule, as we went to our anniversary last night. The act was great. Tarte did great. Cream brulee for dessert. Good drink in wine menu also! Nothing negative to say, beside my waitress, rushing for the summer tourist rush and shelter. The best dinner I've ever eaten!

I've been going to Bleu for years with family and/or friends, and it's the hands down the biggest and most valuable restaurant on the Cape! It is always a pleasure to visit the staff every time. Each cook is incredibly talented and every bite of food I have taken goes beyond perfection. Best food ever! Merci, Fred!

AMAZING! It’s been a long time since I’ve had a meal this wonderful while dining out. We got a sampling of apps: salmon tare tare, fig prosciutto tarte, and the oysters. All 3 were absolutely delicious. I got the duck breast in the raspberry glaze, and it was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!

I went for lunch and had the scalopp with Risotto. It was amazing, it had asparagus and cherry tomatoes, mushrooms. It had so many flavors in a dish. I definitely go back and Or this court again. The bartender was very friendly and good at her job.
