Bloom - Reservar uma mesa

A great experience for a birthday dinner! My friend and I came in at our reservation time and we sat right away. During our dinner the waiters were attentive. The owner came around later and asked all the diners how the meal was. My friend and I asked the waitress to choose our appetizers and entrees. We have the Oktopus appetizer and the wing appetizers. The octopus was highly recommended by both waiters and it was great. The flower coal was crazy, and honestly it was so fleshy. The octopus was super delicate. For me it was my favorite dish of the day, and I will definitely order it again. The wings were good and I would recommend it to people who had no Korean fried wings yet. For the duck...

This is an extraordinary restaurant, that we are fortunate to have in NJ. We have been there 4 times and every time we return is keeps getting better. The chicken wings, spicy pork taco, house cured salmon and kale salad are my go to choice to get started. The Bulgogi and clams for mains are ridiculously good. The staff are also very friendly and attentive. Can’t say enough good things about Bloom and looking forward to returning shortly.
