Bludorn - Reservar mesa

What a great experience I had here! Reservations (highly recommend) for Sunday brunch. After being seated, you are greeted with a hot towel to wipe your hands. Place was busy and food was excellent! Short rib ravioli was delicious! Meat was so tender and the sauce was incredible. Steak and eggs was delicious too with another incredible sauce. Cheddar biscuits were amazing and included their house made preserves which was the best I?ve ever tasted. It really needs to bejarred. My libation (Manhattan Cobbler) was potent, expensive and had way too much ice in it. You don?t have just one server, as a few different servers come to your table. Service was EXCELLENT! Food was disappointing…. Extremely salty. Good vibe and service though, great cocktail hence giving 3 stars. But once I tasted the food it was salty, very very very salty all the way through every dish — my group all found it salty so it was not just me. It was even saltier than the saltiest bar food I have had. We ordered crab rice, beef tartare and others and once you took a few bites of those two, for everything else one tasted only one flavor — salty! It is surprising no other comments mentioned the salt level. Cocktails were good though. We went on a Friday evening and it was very busy and skipped dessert though table next to us said it was good.

Food was amazing! Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, especially as first timers, and everything was perfect! The wait staff listened to us and made our Anniversary brunch very special. Anything we asked for they were able and happy to accommodate. We especially liked the menu suggestions, and any part that was left over was boxed up and left and the reception desk for us to pick up on the way out. That was a unique service that kept our dining area free ofclutter. The food was fresh, well thought out, creative, colorful and very flavorful! The energy in the room was awesome and we can't wait to come back!

This was easily my favorite dining experience in Houston. Every single waiter was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. My siblings and I split the half dozen oysters, octopus, the uni spaghetti, the short rib ravioli, and the chicken. Each dish was elegantly presented and a great combination of textures/flavors. My personal favorite was the octopus. The real star, however, was the chocolate malt delight for dessert. You absolutely MUST order this it was sogood, my brother insisted we get a second one. It was an expensive meal, but well worth the price. Highly recommend dining at Bludorn for a special night! Reserve uma mesa agora

Excellent. Aaron, kevin and leo were amazing servers. I came back and it was even better, summer and yohnna were awesome too. I came back and tried the rissoto with crab it was good the lamb tartar was ok but the beignets where basic. The service at the bar is awesome. The champurrado dreams is one of my favorites drinks in houston and the whisky list is long. I hope to try the prime rib soon. The cookies at the entrance are really good.

I absolutely loved the squash soup at this restaurant. The flavor was amazing. Normally I wouldn't be a fan of cold soups, but I'm so glad we decided to try it because it ended up being the highlight of the meal. The burger was also delicious, but the potato wedges on the side stole the show! The creamed spinach and salmon were also excellent. I can't wait to come back and try their cocktails next time!

This is a perfect place for an anniversary date or a birthday dinner. I've had the ravioli, octopus and beef wellington (seasonal). It was so good that my body went into a full 10 minute convulsion. I have had an amazing experience in this restaurant: from the seating, service, atmosphere: all of it. Get their fried oysters! The dessert: Alaska to die for! I would highly recommend!

If you want a 7 star experience, this is it. Super service, super tasty food and amazing plating. From A to Z extraordinary. Would come back anytime in Houston. Keep it out Bludorn. Came here from a friends recommendation and it didn?t disappoint. Loved it ! Reserve uma mesa agora

Really enjoyed. Crab rice was quite good but beef tartare stole the show! Definitely a must try in Houston
