For an upscale restaurant, the aesthetic is not what you think is normal for a upscale restaurant (dink log cabine resort type feel complete with fireplaces and pictures of cowboys and ranchers, but it fits and is perfect for a fancy or formal dinner. Most upscale restaurants I feel out of place and awkward as a middle class 29 years old, but this was not the case here. It is not a casual day night place; I'd just go here for special occasions. My husband and I went to an early anniversary celebration and last beautiful date before our first baby arrives. The food is expensive, but it is worth it! Just hit through the entire experience. The staff is friendly and curious. The food is amazing and also looks like the part. The decor and the atmosphere of the entire restaurant make you just feel you are in a lodge in the mountains. I recommend every appointment evening, jubilee or just drinks at the bar, even if only once you have to allow yourself the experience. Don't think twice, just go!!!!

The food here is amazing. I got the Pretzel Crusted Trout and a side of Mac and Cheese and both were amazing. The trout tasted perfect and fresh, and the breading was very tasty. The mac and cheese was very creamy and flavorful. The portions are pretty good size so if you aren't very hungry don't order too much. The dessert was also very good. I would love to come here again.

I had a phenomenal culinary experience with Neal today! He was such an amazing server. He made sure everything was perfect and he was very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the shrimps and grits without the chorizo, because I don't eat meat. My friend had the lamb dogs and said they were perfectly cooked.

We had our daughter's baby shower at Bleu Canyon. Ashley went beyond and beyond to help us and the food was delicious. I can't say enough good things about Blue Canyon
